They're seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lead to join their team. As the Commercial Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all commercial aspects of their projects. You will be responsible for managing project finances, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management within the construction industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities: * Oversee the commercial strategy for all projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. * Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to optimize profitability. * Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks. * Lead commercial negotiations and resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner. * Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. * Mentor and develop junior members of the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Qualifications: * Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial objectives on construction projects. * Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze project costs and budgets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards. * Previous experience working with building contractors is highly desirable In return, our client is offering £90k - £100k + Package
