The Role: The firm is seeking a driven and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team. You will work closely with a renowned partner who is widely regarded as a leader in the field. The work will be varied and stimulating, giving you exposure to high-quality and complex litigation matters across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disagreements, construction, planning & environmental and professional negligence claims. Preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings, and conducting legal research. Managing cases from initial instructions to trial, including liaising with clients, counsel, and experts. Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Working closely with senior solicitors and the partner to deliver practical and strategic legal advice. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service. Requirements: 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation. Strong academic background and a good understanding of the litigation process. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and flexible approach to handling a busy and varied workload. Keen interest in building a long-term career in commercial litigation.
