Job Title: Commercial Manager/Senior QS
Location: Dublin
Salary: €100 K+DOE

Responsibilities:
Manage commercial aspects of projects.
Prepare and submit tender documents.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Provide guidance and support to project teams.
Minimum Requirements:
10 years plus experience in Quantity Surveying.
