As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Managerto join our team. Location:Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin D24 R9YX ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Commercial Director (Logistics Solutions), you will take on a pivotal role in our Logistics Business unit. Your responsibilities will include tender submissions, managing regular customer business reviews, negotiating contracts, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and actively participating in new client acquisition. You will also collaborate with the senior leadership team to craft compelling blue-chip pitch propositions. Responsibilities include: Lead customer business reviews and manage commercial contract performance with expertise. Analyse volumes and deliver insightful commercial reporting. Prepare tender submissions. Drive successful negotiations with Contract Logistics Customers. Acquire new clients and craft propositions, contributing to strategic alignment in the annual budgeting process. Provide accurate reports and analysis to identify growth avenues. Maximize revenue within existing contracts and cultivate collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. In terms of your experience and qualities we are seeking: Possess 5+ years of commercial experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transport, International Freight, Sales & Marketing or Supply Chain solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in negotiating with large customers at a senior level. Embrace a team player mindset, valuing collaboration, and diversity of thought. Exhibit strong commercial acumen, complemented by exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Embody a self-motivated and dynamic approach, driving success with confidence. Communicate credibly and inclusively, leveraging strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive successful outcomes.
