Commercial Manager Commercial Managerwith at least 2 years experience at Commercial Manager level required to join a progressive leading developer to oversee several projects in the Dublin region. Responsibilities: Set up and oversee compliance with Quantity Surveying processes, including timetables, reporting, and contract performance reviews. Review divisional accounts, financial information, contract performance, budget forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Provide advice and assistance to the Commercial Section and Estimating Department in tenders, sub-contracts, and contract negotiations. Advise on sub-contractual matters, manage sub-contractor orders, and procure contract bonds. Assist with claims preparation, submission, negotiation, and settlement for site-based Quantity Surveyors. Support recruitment of new Quantity Surveyors and maintain client relations, reporting progress to the Regional Director.
