Building Staff Solutions (BSS) is seeking a Commercial Manager/Senior QS for our client, an expanding Developer/Contractor based in Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for you to progress your career with a strong pipeline of residential work.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all commercial aspects of projects.
2. Prepare and submit tender documents.
3. Oversee project budgets and forecasts.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Proficient in relevant software and tools.
