Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. Summary: International Commercial Oncology - Intern Placement Regeneron is currently expanding its commercial business internationally. Regeneron has had a presence already in a few countries in Europe with Immunology and has recently re-acquired LIBTAYO, an oncology product, from Sanofi. Offices and teams have been established in multiple countries for oncology with promotion commenced in early 2024 for most markets. The key markets are: Germany, Italy, Spain, France, UK/Ireland, Canada, Japan and the 'Hub' (Amsterdam-based operations for the following countries: Austria, Portugal, Switzerland Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland). The Commercial Operations team members based in Dublin sit 'above country' and supports the roll out and management of aspects of commercial operations internationally. The Student Intern will: Support the management of internal and external meetings, conventions, and congresses. Support the management of healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organisation (HCO) sponsorship and contracting. Collaborate with the team on departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. Consult with cross functional internal stakeholder groups as appropriate. Learning opportunities include project management, event management, budget creation and reconciliation, internal and external stakeholder management, compliance and contracting, communications and process improvement initiatives. A buddy/mentor framework will be established to provide on-the-job support for a successful internship. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take knowledge and skills they have acquired in an academic setting and apply them in a professional setting. They will gain a deeper understanding of the role that commercial operations plays and be better equipped to work in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment. Requirements: Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) Must be enrolled in university full-time, following their work at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. Must be confident in ability to work as part of a global team, with several key stakeholders based in international locations.
