We are a leading full-service commercial law firm with a rich heritage and a dynamic, ambitious approach. Our firm is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Property Department. About the Role: In this role, you will be an integral part of our Commercial Property team, providing a high level of professional, efficient, and proactive secretarial support. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, dictation, diary management, and general administration. You will work closely with the Head of Unit and several fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive and professional secretarial services. Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and daily call logs. Handle digital dictation and produce documents, reports, presentations, and contracts accurately and promptly. Manage diaries, arrange and confirm meetings, both internally and externally. Oversee the receipt and distribution of title documents for various banking institutions. Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required. Required Capabilities: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy and demanding legal environment, with strong commercial property experience. Proficiency in MS Office and other IT skills; experience with Partner for Windows & iManage is a plus. Exceptional typing skills (60+ wpm). Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and a positive disposition. A flexible and adaptable team player with excellent time management skills.
