We have an opportunity for a Commercial Property manager to join our existing ROI property management team.This team is responsible for the management of approximately 250 ROI Retail lettings & licenses where Musgrave acts as the Landlord. Musgrave is also the landlord to a number of independent retail partners trading as SuperValu & Centra. Musgrave currently operates anchor SuperValu company-owned stores in 8 ROI shopping centers where it also has third-party tenants.Musgrave also functions as an occupational tenant in Company-owned & also retailer-operated stores trading as SuperValu, Centra, or Donnybrook Fair across ~50 ROI locations.The successful candidates will possess the following:Full clean driving licenseAn RICS/SCSI accredited Chartered Surveyor or similar qualificationStrong attention to technical detail & proactive self-starter approachAbility to work as part of a Musgrave property team & with multiple cross-functional Musgrave colleagues & external partiesDirect operational Experience/ knowledge of property & lease management – minimum of 3 yearsExperience in negotiating re-gears, lease renewals, and surrendersLiaising and working closely with external partners such as landlords, developers, tenants, property professionals & legal business partners on specific property/lease management mattersProven track record in commercial property transaction delivery & stakeholder managementBudget management & value engineering experience in a shopping center or Neighbourhood store environment both acting on behalf of Landlord & TenantSpecific leadership from a Company owned/leased property perspectiveMusgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
