Commercial Property Manager: Managing Retail Properties for a Leading Food and Beverage Company

We have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join our existing property management team in Ireland.
This role involves managing approximately 250 retail lettings and licenses where Musgrave acts as the Landlord.
- Manage retail lettings and licenses for Musgrave's properties in Ireland
- Work closely with external partners, such as landlords, developers, and tenants, on property and lease management matters
- Negotiate re-gears, lease renewals, and surrenders
- Have direct operational experience and knowledge of property and lease management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Be a proactive self-starter with strong attention to technical detail
Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Occasional business travel to other locations may be required.
