**Commercial Property Manager** We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our team, responsible for the management of approximately 250 retail lettings & licenses in the ROI. **About Musgrave** Musgrave is one of Europe's most successful family-owned businesses with a 140-year heritage in food and brand innovation, supporting communities across the island of Ireland and Spain. We have a strong presence in the market with 15 leading food and beverage brands, including Super Valu, Centra, and Frank and Honest. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 retail lettings & licenses in the ROI • Liaise with external partners, including landlords, developers, tenants, and property professionals • Negotiate re-gears, lease renewals, and surrenders • Provide leadership on commercial property transactions and stakeholder management • Manage budgets and value engineering in a shopping centre or neighbourhood store environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties **Requirements** • Full clean driving license • RICS/SCSI accredited Chartered Surveyor or similar qualification • Strong attention to technical detail and proactive self-starter approach • Minimum 3 years' experience in property and lease management • Proven track record in commercial property transaction delivery and stakeholder management **What We Offer** • A hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office and remote work • Occasional business travel to other locations • A collaborative and dynamic work environment • Opportunities for growth and development in a leading company **Equal Opportunities Employer** We are an equal opportunities employer and encourage applications from diverse candidates.
