We have an exciting new opportunity for a 0 – 3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join Flynn O’Driscoll LLP reporting to Julian Cunningham, Partner. This is a permanent full-time position in our Dublin office, working Monday to Friday. Flynn O'Driscoll LLP has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking to move into a great team and is presently inviting applications from suitably qualified solicitors with property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm. The role will be within the firm’s growing property team on a full-time basis in its Dublin office. The successful candidate will be a solution-driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. About the role: Managing a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clients Providing clients with quality advice and guidance Dealing with all matters including sales, purchases, and the drafting of Licences, Leases, Transfers, and Agreements Drafting statutory Notices under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters Active involvement in business development for the Property Team Undertaking any other relevant and associated duties assigned by the Partner. About you: 0 – 3 years’ PQE Experience of drafting complex leasing, acquisition, and disposal agreements Strong commercial acumen and client service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise work and work to strict timescales Ability to adhere to strict Practice Procedure especially related to filing and quality standards Willing to work closely with other teams in the Firm on joint projects Demonstrating a desire to continue your personal and professional development Ability and willingness to play a significant role within the team Proven work ethic, a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a collegial way Experience of using a computerised case management system Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
