Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team at UKPN Services, based in Bury St Edmunds. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £76,229, plus a 3% bonus. In this role, you will report to the Area Commercial Manager and provide quantity surveying support across long-term contracts and competitively tendered client projects. You will manage all commercial matters, including contract set-up, management, pricing, service delivery, scope change, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with standards and maximizing profit delivery. You will lead a commercial project team, managing clients, sub-contractors, and supplier contracts. Your responsibilities will include preparing and verifying pricing models, tender documentation, and recommendations, as well as collaborating with project managers to ensure projects are managed according to contracts and deadlines.
