About your New Employer A Retail related company who provide instore marketing solutions and merchandising services to a diverse range of retail outlets, including supermarkets, DIY stores, Off Licenses, delicatessens, pharmacies and more. Due to rapid growth they are looking to recruit a Commercial Director for their office located in Dublin West and to collaborate with their offices located in the UK and Northern Ireland. About your new Sales Commercial Director job: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the territory in collaboration with the Senior Leadership. Achieve commercial targets (Net Sales and Operating Profit) as set by the Senior Leadership. Lead the business planning, forecasting, and priority setting processes for the territory. Provide inspirational leadership, guiding the team to success through coaching, support, and clear direction. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and customers in the local retail industry. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Companys Global Marketing Organization in the territory. Foster a high-performance culture, driving team members to achieve their full potential through challenge and support. What skills you need for this Commercial Sales Director job Experience in National or International FMCG in one or more of the following positions: Sales Director, Trade Marketing Director or Category Management Director.
