We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to come and join our commercial team in supporting our business and customers by generating customer quotations, taking and placing orders and ensure our customers needs are met. Key Objectives To ensure that specific requests from customers directly or indirectly are responded to in professional and timely fashion. Processing and management of customer quotations and orders. Develop a deep understanding of potential client’s business requirements and tailor solutions to meet these requirements. Build and develop key customers and a project pipeline ensuring sustainable and consistent sales growth. Work collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed our customer’s requirements. Regular courtesy and sales calls to both new and existing customers To ensure continuous improvement Essential Skills required Good PC skills are a must especially a knowledge of MS Office Excellent telephone manner Excellent written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative Ability to work in a team. Customer Service / commercial environment experience an advantage.
