Commercial Sales Manager Summary: The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for securing new partnerships that align with Car Trawler's business strategy, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships. **Role Responsibilities:** * Independently own the end-to-end sales process for high-value opportunities, maximizing commercial prospects and driving revenue growth for Car Trawler. * Lead and own commercial negotiations to build strong, long-term partnerships with key decision makers and C-level representatives. * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective partners, influencing their business decisions and selling consultatively. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and scope complex partner commercial and technical requirements. * Drive performance by delivering on sales targets, executing commercial deals, and working within approved commercial frameworks. * Represent Car Trawler at industry events and networking activities, promoting the company's brand and commercial propositions. **Key Skills and Experience:** * At least 8+ years of experience in commercial roles, with business development experience and ideally with travel industry experience. * In-depth negotiation expertise and strong influencing and relationship management skills. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve problems and identify emerging business trends. * Ability to work independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. * Proven track record of selling in a B2B environment, with a strong desire to win and drive revenue growth. * Excellent commercial acumen, with direct experience of preparing and submitting complex bids and/or tender responses. * Highly professional, with strong personal and professional integrity, and ability to successfully represent Car Trawler both internally and externally. * Excellent knowledge of the marketplace and overall travel industry. * Tech-savvy, with ability to communicate technical product features effectively to both commercial and technical audiences. * High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * Ability to travel required.
