Job Description

Pre-sales Engineer role in Dublin, Ireland, for a high-impact position in the EMEA Docusign Solutions Consulting organisation, requiring expertise in articulating company vision, creating innovative solutions, and presenting to key stakeholders.

This role is a high-visibility position within the EMEA Docusign Solutions Consulting organisation, based in Dublin. The successful candidate will collaborate with an amazing group of professionals, transforming how people work, live, and connect.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the Docusign company vision, key business messages, and business value of Docusign solutions to new and existing customers
  • Work closely with key decision makers to understand business challenges and pain points
  • Create innovative Docusign solutions that resolve customer business challenges and pains
  • Present Docusign solutions to key stakeholders
  • Have command of the Docusign platform, including all current and future features
  • Work closely with Sales and Professional Services to ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers
  • Assist in the winning of customer opportunities through active engagement with sales teams
  • Have a strong understanding of core technologies used within the Docusign platform, the systems we integrate with, and the APIs used during integration
  • Create compelling solutions for customers
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Attend industry and partner events in EMEA and present or demo Docusign's solutions

Job Designation:

This role is a hybrid position, requiring the employee to divide their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role
  • Proven experience presenting to customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Experience delivering impactful software demonstrations
  • Proven experience with solution design and technical proposal writing
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and German

Preferred qualifications include experience with fast-growing cloud-based software, Enterprise-class software systems, and SaaS solutions.
