Join us as a Commercial Vendor & Accessory Manager You will have the responsibility to manage Three's core Accessory business and strategy with the development of new and existing product ranges to support Three. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for developing the core accessory range strategy, driving accessory margin, stakeholder management, performance management and key vendor management. You will also manage key mobile vendors, including commercials, pricing, vendor relationships, and Go To Market activities to deliver strong device launches and offers for our customers. The Commercial Vendor & Accessory Manager must have strong product knowledge background, be analytically oriented, possess strong commercial knowledge and excellent communication skills. What else it involves Manage and deliver the accessory range presenting to all stakeholders across the business. Lead the performance management of all channels for core accessories driving margin and attach rate including consumer and business. Own the pricing process, product set up and performance across all categories. Manage the vendor relationship with our accessory partner and vendors. Manage a virtual team of cross functional stakeholders on a weekly basis to get the maximum from accessories. Coordinate the activities of Distribution partner(s), aligning their deliverables and performance with new product introduction requirements. Oversee in-life product performance/reporting. Generate appropriate reporting to capture key performance parameters. Support retail with execution and performance of both ranges. Management key mobile device manufacturer relationships for Three Ireland and negotiating Manufacturer Support Funding (MSF) across partnerships, supporting the Senior commercial Manager to achieve MSF targets for Ireland, including contractual negotiations. Develop vendor strategy plans and track performance to maximise Three's ambitions and KPI's, including alignment with cross company strategies. Support and manage Go To Market for ranged products and devices by achieving goals and targets for Three. Develop and implement co-operative marketing plans with vendors that are aligned with Three's strategy, ensuring they are fulfilled and reviewed. Support monthly pricing process and strategy for handsets. Support the Senior Commercial Manager UK & Ireland with Group CKIOD Central Procurement Process and key vendor initiatives representing Three Ireland. May require international travel.
