Job Description

Full-time Commis Chef vacancy at a 5* Luxury Estate with a supportive and ambitious employer.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant, with flexibility to work shift work and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality food to meet the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Take direction from Executive Chef and Senior Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure a professional, friendly, and courteous service to guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fine dining experience is essential.
  • Michelin experience desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work shift work and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.
