Job Description
Commissioning Engineer sought for security sector role, requiring experience with fire protection systems, leadership skills, and ability to work nationwide or internationally.
The successful candidate will work with site and management personnel to ensure site access and safety processes are adhered to, and will be responsible for managing the commissioning of projects, supervising and approving commissioning plans, and reviewing designs and onsite commissioning activities.
Key requirements include:
- Availability to work nationwide or internationally
- Experience with Lenel, Honeywell, Axis, or Genetec systems
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Relevant technical expertise
- Good IT and analytical skills
Competencies required include:
- Managing smooth commissioning of projects
- Supervising and approving commissioning plans
- Reviewing designs and supervising onsite commissioning activities
- Monitoring installation and submittals of engineering tools
- Assisting with identification of system core issues
- Compiling commission report data for summarizing
