Commissioning Manager - 10659 Commissioning Manager (M&E)required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 contractors for a Hospital Project in Limerick. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the MEP Sector Lead for the region. Responsibilities: Taking charge of MEP Integration and project delivery within the broader project team. Coordinating testing and commissioning activities, and providing guidance on procedures and documentation. Conducting testing and commissioning activities according to specified site requirements. Monitoring progress, documenting test results, overseeing final testing and equipment acceptance, and compiling all necessary documentation for the site test dossier. Ensuring alignment and integration of Building Services Installation and Commissioning schedules with the main Construction Programme. Supporting the implementation of the Building Services Strategy Plan and its objectives. Assisting in the tendering and awarding of MEP contracts in accordance with project requirements. Ensuring that Temporary Electrical requirements for projects, including load and energy assessments, comply with Management System Guidelines. Requirements 10 Years+ experience commissioning management experience on large scale and complex MEP related Projects. (Ideally Hospital and Commercial) A relevant qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline (degree or trade) Experience working for a Main Contractor would be beneficial. Professional Competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects from Estimating, Pre- Construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover. The drive for importance of implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
