We seek a highly organized and motivated Community Engagement Program Manager to shape the community engagement and future of Amazon's Device & Digital Community. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and high judgement, with experience in program or project management, community/forums management, and customer service. Key responsibilities include leading global community engagement and content projects, influencing product roadmaps, identifying and implementing strategies to improve content development workflows, and developing creative ways to activate and engage customers. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, knowledge of Excel and SQL, and experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
