Job Description
Community Intervention Team Nurse required in Cork for a fixed term contract. 70 hours a fortnight. Essential criteria:
* Registered with the NMBI
* Minimum 3 years post registration experience
* Acute setting experience
* Good communication and documentation skills
Requirements:
* Wound care and IV cannulation
* Stoma care and patient education
* Diabetic care and patient education
* Palliative care and patient and family support
* Phlebotomy sampling
* IV antibiotic therapy
* PICC/PORT/Midline catheterisation
* PEG tubes and feeds
