Join our team at ABI Ireland and make a real difference through your work. We are currently recruiting for a Community Rehabilitation Assistant for our South Dublin & Wicklow community services. This is a Specified Purpose, Full-Time, 39 hours contract with a starting salary of €29,417 - DOE. As a Community Rehabilitation Assistant, you will support and assist people with an acquired brain injury on every aspect of activities of daily living to live valued lives of optimal independence and participation in activities within the community. Your key responsibilities will include forming a rapport with persons served, providing support to achieve goals set out in Individual Rehabilitation Plans, improving quality of life by developing activities of daily living, and encouraging family, personal and neighbourhood relationships and interactions. To be successful, you will require a relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a minimum of QQI level 5 standard, a full driving licence with access to a vehicle, and excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
