Community Nurse role available in East region, working with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing care in community settings.
Cpl Healthcare, an established healthcare and pharmaceutical services provider, is seeking a Community Nurse to join their team. As a Community Nurse, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing care in community settings. Your role will include medication management, wound care, phlebotomy, and chronic disease management. You will be expected to be innovative, self-motivated, and flexible, with a high degree of adaptability to change.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be on the general register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Have a minimum of 1 year's post-graduate recent acute clinical nursing experience.
- Be able to demonstrate competency in catheterisation, IV antibiotic administration, and phlebotomy.
- Have a high degree of self-motivation.
- Provide evidence of personal and professional development.
- Be an effective administrator.
- Have a full driving license.
- Be eligible to work in Ireland.
