Company Accountant, Construction and Property Development Client Profile Our client are a steadily growing business in the Property sector who are seeking to recruit an experienced Accountant into a broad role taking full ownership of the finance function. Position Profile: Company Accountant This role is stand alone and will be responsible for the production of monthly financial information and managing the ongoing day to day finances working along side their external Accountants. This role will work closely with the Directors of the business and take full responsibility for the entire Finance function. Some of the duties will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis Issuing rent and service charge invoices and managing debtors Accounts payable Management of bank accounts Budgeting and forecasting Year end activities Review and improve financial policies and procedures Tax and statutory compliance Sales and KPI analysis Margin and profitability reporting Ad hoc duties Role has the ability to provide hybrid working if desired. Candidate Profile: Similar experience in an SME Strong interpersonal skills Retail experience desirable Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment Interested in this position?
