FRS are partnering with a property investment and construction & development business in Limerick to recruit a Company Accountant on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with demonstrated experience working within Industry to lead the finance function for a Construction Business reporting to the Managing Director. An office based position working within a small team environment where you will manage the finance function for an entity which is part of a wider group of companies. Responsibilities: Preparation & presentation of management accounts Quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and periodic cashflow projections Management of the Accounts Payable function including processing of payments and dealing with supplier enquiries Processing of tenant payments and chasing overdue accounts for rental properties Monthly payroll processing and relevant Revenue returns Work with management to allocate costings to relevant projects for accurate reporting Timely reconciliations of bank accounts Manage RCT, process ROS payments and submit monthly returns Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns Management of the Audit process Contribute to other commercial & financial projects and requirements as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant with demonstrated experience working within Industry Post Qualification and Construction Industry experience is desirable Strong commercial acumen with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment and be a team player is essential Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy If you are interested in this role - please apply with your most recent CV to Ciara Lawler for immediate consideration.
