Druid is seeking a Company Manager. This position involves substantial national and international travel, requiring a highly organised and motivated individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities.Responsibilities:Recruiting and overseeing Stage Management teams.Conducting technical rehearsals.Handling financial transactions and payroll within the Stage Management team.Ensuring the well-being of production personnel.Assisting in production planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and arranging work visas.Acting as a liaison between Druid staff, freelance production personnel, and venue departments.Qualifications:Significant experience in senior stage management roles.Exceptional time management and communication skills.A thorough understanding of the Irish theatre sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.The role is based in Galway, although the candidate may reside anywhere on the island of Ireland, with salary commensurate with experience.To apply, submit a CV and a one-page cover letter to recruitment@druid.ie by 5pm on Friday, 15 March 2024.
