Grade: Manager Contract type: Permanent A snapshot of your peer group: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK.At least 1 year’s post qualification experience in a professional practice.Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.A working knowledge of SAP or a similar database system would be a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided.Keen attention to detail.Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills.Good project management skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability.Reliability/Flexibility.Experience of Diligent OneWorld or equivalent software.Fluent in English (written and spoken). Here is what you can initially expect: The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team, providing both compliance and specialist company secretarial services to a dynamic client base. Ideally, he or she will be expected to have a core knowledge of company secretarial practice and relevant company law, including the Companies Act 2014, beneficial ownership legislation and some experience in stamp duty. Consideration will be given to candidates who have experience of company secretarial practice in the UK.An ability to liaise directly with clients, project management skills and analytical and logical thinking are considered key skills for the successful candidate.Experience in the provision of services to the asset management sector, including funds and regulated entities would be a distinct advantage.Prepare presentations and quotes for new work.Create PowerPoint charts, spreadsheets and carry out ad-hot reporting.Preparation of invoices and issue to clients.Preparation of company secretarial documents (Minutes, letters and supporting documents)Providing professional cover as the need arises.Miscellaneous projects from time to time.The successful candidate will also provide general assistance in the operational activities of Company Secretarial.Supporting the day-to-day requirements of meeting client demands, both internal and external.Identify opportunities to win new work and develop your portfolio.
