The Opportunity: The firm is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join its expanding Consulting Team in a hybrid role based in Dublin.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities: Advising and assisting clients on compliance requirements under the Companies Act 2014.
Providing guidance on corporate governance matters and new legislation.
Leading and managing the company secretarial team, ensuring high standards of client service.
Training and mentoring junior staff, delegating tasks, and reviewing their work.
Managing the annual compliance diary and overseeing the quality of the client database.
Handling company incorporations and preparing necessary documents, including for company officers and share capital.
Overseeing various company secretarial transactions, including share transfers, capital reductions, changes of directors, and more.
Liaising with legal, accounting, and regulatory professionals to ensure compliance.
Supporting other business units on company secretarial matters.
Conducting both legal and non-legal research on behalf of clients and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate: Holds a degree in business law or corporate governance (Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland preferred).
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with company secretarial software (e.g., Relate or Diligent).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A team player who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload.
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable supporting various business units such as Audit and Tax, while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
