Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Manager sought to lead operational excellence in Reward across domestic and global markets.

As a key member of the Group Reward team, you will be responsible for the execution of compensation and benefit processes across all populations. This includes leading annual pay processes, implementing and managing elements of executive compensation, and assisting with the creation of incentive plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing compensation and benefit processes across domestic and global markets
  • Leading annual pay processes across all front line and non-front line populations
  • Implementing and managing elements of executive compensation
  • Assisting with the creation of incentive plans
  • Developing and implementing effective governance processes and controls across all compensation and benefits activities
  • Working closely with COEs, HR Services & Policies, SSC and Talent Management to ensure interdependencies across Reward programmes are understood and applied
  • Supporting Employee Relations in negotiations and representing Group Reward in discussions with union partners
  • Building effective working relationships with Business Unit Heads of HR and HR BP's to support the achievement of people objectives
  • Developing and coordinating communications strategies and activities to educate and inform employees about compensation and benefits programmes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years HR experience with 5 years relevant work experience in Reward and Benefits
  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a HR or business-related discipline
  • Experience of reward operational delivery within a matrix organisation
  • Experience working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to think creatively, analyse complex situations and use data insights and metrics to make strong decisions
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to effectively communicate complex information verbally or written
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert and consultant, providing expert advice and recommendations
