Compensation & Benefits Manager Sanderson is working in partnership with its global client to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Manager, reporting to the Group Head of Reward, this position is key to ensuring operational excellence across the key functional areas of Reward. Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of compensation and benefit processes across the domestic and Lead out on all annual pay processes across all front line and non-front line populations. Implement and manage elements of executive Assist with the creation of incentive plans and ongoing evaluation and ongoing assessment of existing compensation and benefits programmes effectiveness of current reward programs in achieving organizational objectives. Identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modification ensure they remain effective and relevant to the organisational needs. Ensure that Reward principles are upheld in the development and implementation of Career and Reward Frameworks. Support the Group Head of Reward in the development and implementation of the Reward Responsible for developing and implementing effective governance processes and controls across all compensation and benefits activities to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of application across Business Units. Work closely with COEs, HR Services & Policies, SSC and Talent Management to ensure that all interdependencies across Reward programmes are understood and applied across their programmes. Support Employee Relations in negotiations and represent Group Reward within both global and local discussions with union partners. Build effective working relationships with the various Business Unit Heads of HR and HR BP's tosupport the achievement of our people Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about compensation and benefits programmes. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years HR experience with 5 years relevant work experience in Reward and Benefits Educated to degree level, preferably in a HR or business-related discipline Experience of reward operational delivery within a matrix organisation Experience working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business a distinct advantage Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders both within HR, the wider business and with external suppliers. Ability to think creatively, analyse complex situations and use data insights and metrics to make strong decisions Excellent communicator with an ability to effectively communicate complex information verbally or written with Senior Management, colleagues at all levels and for an external audience Ability to act as a subject matter expert and consultant, providing expert advice and recommendations Skills: Compensation & Benefits Manager Reward Manager Compensation & Benefits Lead
