Compensation & Benefits Manager We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Managerto join a dynamic People Function team in a high-impact public sector agency. You will report to the Head of Reward and play a pivotal role in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, and leading key reward processes. Why apply? Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement reward frameworks aligned with business goals. Manage annual bonus and salary review processes. Oversee executive reward processes and prepare Remuneration Committee papers. Conduct market surveys and provide insights on compensation trends. Lead job evaluations, grading, and benchmarking activities. Manage benefits offerings and change projects with outsourced providers. Act as a reward subject matter expert across the organisation.
