Job Description

Seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the execution of compensation and benefits processes across a diverse group of businesses in Ireland and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute compensation and benefits processes across the group
  • Develop and implement effective governance processes
  • Support the Group Head of Reward in the development and implementation of the Reward strategy
  • Manage all compensation and benefits activities
  • Evaluate existing compensation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in Rewards and Benefits
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or business
  • Experience delivering reward operations within a matrix organisation
  • Experience working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business
  • Experience analysing complex situations and utilising data insights and metrics for effective decision-making

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders
