Job Description
Seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the execution of compensation and benefits processes across a diverse group of businesses in Ireland and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compensation and benefits processes across the group
- Develop and implement effective governance processes
- Support the Group Head of Reward in the development and implementation of the Reward strategy
- Manage all compensation and benefits activities
- Evaluate existing compensation
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in Rewards and Benefits
- Bachelors degree in human resources or business
- Experience delivering reward operations within a matrix organisation
- Experience working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business
- Experience analysing complex situations and utilising data insights and metrics for effective decision-making
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders
