Job Description

Our client is based in North Dublin and has diverse businesses in Ireland and overseas. They are currently seeking aCompensation & Benefits Manager to join their team. As a leader in their industry, this company values their employees and offers a supportive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor the execution of compensation and benefits processes across the group, and develop and implement effective governance processes. Support the Group Head of Reward in the development and implementation of the Reward strategy. Manage all compensation and benefits activities, also evaluate existing compensation. You must be a strong relationship builder and manager and have the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders. Ideal candidate 6+ years experience in Rewards and Benefits Bachelors degree in human resources or business. Experience delivering reward operations within a matrix organisation. Experience in working across a diverse, multi-disciplinary business. Experience in analysing complex situations and utilising data insights and metrics for effective decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Skills: 6+ years Rewards and Benefits Reward strategy. matrix organisation.
