**Compliance Advisor Role** A Compliance Advisor is sought to join a leading fire protection, detection, and security company in Ireland, responsible for driving business success and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** We are currently hiring multiple Compliance Advisors to join our expanding team across the West/Northwest and Munster regions. As a Compliance Advisor, you will report directly to the National Sales Director and be responsible for: * Preparing proposals tailored to customer requirements using our pricing and structure systems. * Managing customer accounts via our in-house CRM platform. * Supporting the compliance teams day-to-day operations and assisting in cross-department collaboration. * Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to business growth. * Following up on sales inquiries and driving customer retention through exceptional service. * Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. * Utilizing various software programs and ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up in the CRM system. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (preferred, but full training provided). * Proven ability to cold call and self-generate customer meetings. * Familiarity with CRM platforms and a strong grasp of customer account management. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. * A positive, proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic team environment. * Polished communication skills across various channels (Microsoft Teams, email, phone, in-person). * Motivation to exceed targets, with a solutions-focused mindset. **Why Join Us?** At our company, we offer a supportive, inclusive work environment that prioritizes collaboration and diversity, where every voice is heard and valued.
