Job Title: Compliance Officer
Company: Deutsche Börse Group
Ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, circulars, and directives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prevent money laundering and terrorist financing
- Assist with international financial sanctions, anti-corruption, and market abuse
- Prevent conflicts of interest and related securities law requirements
Key tasks include:
- Supporting projects and initiatives within the Chief Compliance Officer Area
- Providing advice on compliance-related topics to the 1st Line of Defence
- Reviewing and assessing contracts for compliance
- Executing the Financial Crime Prevention program
Required skills include:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to present complex matters clearly and comprehensively
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance sector.
University degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or Finance-related area.
Experience with reviews of legal documentation and provision of Compliance input.
