AXA Ireland is seeking a Compliance Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of advice on compliance with relevant legislation and Group/Company policies, and work closely with the Compliance Lead and wider Compliance Team to embed a culture of compliance in the day-to-day running of the business in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities include reviewing advertisements, websites, and documentation for compliance with the Consumer Protection Code, engaging with business units to manage ongoing obligations to the Minimum Competency Requirements, and developing training programs to ensure the organization complies with applicable consumer-related regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an insurance business environment, be APA qualified, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have knowledge of key processes, structures, and controls within the Company, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work within strict deadlines, with a minimum of 40% of the week spent working away from home at AXA offices in Dublin, Belfast, or Derry.
