Europcar is seeking a General Operative Team Leader at our Dublin Airport location to join our team, reporting to Fleet & Logistics Manager. Europcar are looking for Team Leaders that have a drive and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and smooth operation regarding the fleet. This role requires dedication and focus, making the customers journey your priority. This is a shift position working a scheduled roster, with early starts and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basis. Full Clean driving license essential. Monitoring shifts - reporting issues and absences to the Fleet & Logistics Supervisors. Responsibility for Health & Safety in the garage, highlighting concerns/policy breaches to the Fleet & logistics Supervisors Cleaning and prepping vehicles for rent when required. Delivering vehicles to Airport terminals and other offsite locations, keeping an accurate log of movements You will be responsible for the employee life cycle ie interview, onboarding and rostering Security focused and strong key management Fleet/stock checks Opening/closing impro's On fleeting/off fleeting duties Tracker installation/removal and activation/deactivation Draining vehicles when required Lock up Eastlands at close of business. Keeping the yards tidy and presentable - bins, weeds, litter, smoking area Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues. Ad hoc duties as directed by Management Your Skills: Strong ability to multi-task and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment Computer literate Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal You will be a fluent English speaker with a positive "Can Do" attitude. Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work Full Clean driving license essential - held for a minimum of 2 years A 2nd language would be advantageous.
