Computerised Maintenance Management Systems EngineerCork city, Ireland | Posted on 16/09/2024Occupli Recruitment are delighted to exclusively partner with an FMCG Multinational in Munster.We are currently recruiting for a CMMS Engineer.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for developing asset care and reliability strategies for the overall lifecycle of capital assets (designing, delivering, operating, maintaining, and decommissioning). The person will also act as system owner for the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – SAP DaMaintis and will be working closely with the site's maintenance manager to ensure the system is fit for purpose and that all asset, work orders, preventative maintenance routines, and stock information are up to date and accurate. In addition, the candidate will support the maintenance stores manager in the day-to-day running of the site's stores.Main Responsibilities and KPI’sAct as system owner / administrator for the site's CMMS System - DaMaintis.Lead role in the optimisation of the Site CMMS and the development of the associated process flows.Coordinate with site Maintenance Specialist / scheduler to ensure that services and inspections are scheduled.Ensure all equipment required for annual statutory inspections/certification is included within the site asset register.Management of the site's Calibrations Contractor.Analyse Equipment History data; maintenance programs are effective.Work with the project Engineering group to ensure the maintainability of new and modified installations.Reduce and improve maintenance work, assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost.Implement plant reliability improvement programs through the use of reliability engineering techniques: FMEAs, OE/availability, RCM, and Condition-based monitoring programs.Conduct maintenance-related RCAs and understand root causes of repeated equipment failures; maintenance excellence strategy and program.Provide coaching to the craft teams, provide system training and technical support where appropriate to the maintenance group.Responsible for the generation of departmental KPI reports from the Site CMMS.Requirements1 – 3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with demonstrable and transferable skills.Experienced in the administration and use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (i.e., data entry, data interrogation, and report generation).Knowledge of SAP-based CMMS systems is an advantage.Experience in the smooth running of Engineering stores and spares management is an advantage.Working knowledge of purchasing and stock control systems is an advantage.Relevant Third Level qualification.Proficient in the use of SAP-based CMMS systems.Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.Proficient numerical ability to record, interpret, and analyse key process data.Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
