Job Description

Concession Manager role at Reiss concession in Brown Thomas, Blanchardstown, responsible for achieving targets and delivering commercial and operational excellence.

As Concession Manager, you will be responsible for planning the long-term concession goals, managing the overall concession operations and performance, leading the concession team to deliver exceptional customer experience, and managing stock levels to minimise loss.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • Passion for premium or luxury product
  • Proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through your team
  • Highly visual and excellent commercial product management skills
  • Ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical and visual elements of the role
  • Confidence working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  • Great people management skills, able to bring the best out of your team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
