We are seeking an experienced Conference, Banqueting & Sales Manager to join our team at the 4-star Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for hotel sales, including the Conference and Banqueting function, and will be a self-motivated, driven individual with a background in the Conference and Banqueting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize hotel revenue and profitability from all market segments.
- Manage all sales operations for the company.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Hotel Sales & Marketing role; experience in Conference and Banqueting is an advantage.
- Sales-focused, confident, and results-driven individual.
- Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
- Proven record of meeting deadlines and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
