Headcount Solutions is now seeking an experiencedConstruction Engineer / Construction Coordinatorto work on-site within a leading Pharmaceutical client. As a Construction Engineer / Construction Coordinator, you will be part of a Capital Projects team that specialises in delivering bespoke solutions, innovative processes and sustainability. Experience in managing construction projects within a pharmaceutical environment Assist and support construction activities and ensure they are completed as per agreed project schedules. Liaising with contractors across all disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical and CSA). Supporting and updating the on-site Project Managers in developing and maintaining preconstruction, construction and closeout execution plans Liaise with design team to close out RFIs during construction Attend walkdown meetings with clients to review progress through to handover Managing daily work permits Reviewing of RAMS submitted by contractors Maintenance of project documentation Manage Communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel. Requirements: 5 years + experience with a construction environment and preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Construction Management, Civil Engineering Good working knowledge of construction industry related regulations Excellent project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
