Job Description Construction Director | Executive Role Ref No: bk.0022.con.dir.w28.24 County: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Salary: €150,000 - €160,000 per annum Position: Construction Director | Dublin & Leinster | Tier 1 Main Contractor Package: €150k, Bonus, LTIP, Car, Pension, Health & Executive Benefits The Client: For Tier 1 main contractor, who engage in: Data Centre Biopharma ‘High End’ Commercial Medical Educational Other Social Infrastructure Construction Sectors Projects more than €100m, in traditional, design/build & other formats. The Candidate: Several years of project management experience, five of which shall be at Contracts Manager level. Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects both from a time scale and commercial perspective, typically managing 3+ projects concurrently. Effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills, coupled with strong commercial awareness are essential requirements. A driving ambition to be a member of the senior management team with promotional prospects to Directorship very achievable based on performance. The Opportunity: Our client is looking to ‘invest’ in an exceptional individual. This is a critical role integrated into the group’s planned growth trajectory & succession strategy for senior management level. Would suit existing Contracts Manager/Project Director seeking a move or an experienced Project Manager with a large organisation eager for progression.
