Construction Director | Dublin & Leinster | Tier 1 Main Contractor

€150,000 - €160,000 per annum, package includes bonus, LTIP, car, pension, health & executive benefits

An exceptional individual to lead large-scale projects in data centre, biopharma, 'high end' commercial, medical, educational and other social infrastructure construction sectors

Key responsibilities include successful project delivery, effective motivational attributes and proven managerial skills, strong commercial awareness and driving ambition to be part of senior management team

This critical role is integrated into the company's planned growth trajectory and succession strategy for senior management level, suitable for existing contracts manager/project director or experienced project manager seeking progression

A dynamic and ambitious individual to join the company's senior management team and contribute to its continued growth and success

• Project Management Experience: Several years of experience, with at least five years at contracts manager level
• Key Skills: Effective motivational attributes, proven managerial skills, strong commercial awareness and driving ambition
• Requirements: Strong leadership and project management skills, ability to motivate and manage large teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
