A Construction Director is sought to lead projects valued up to €100m+, in traditional, design/build, and other formats, for a leading main contractor. The role is critical to the company's growth trajectory and succession strategy.
Key responsibilities include delivering projects on time and commercially, managing 3+ projects concurrently, and possessing strong commercial awareness and managerial skills.
Desirable attributes include a driving ambition to be part of the senior management team, with promotional prospects to Directorship based on performance.
This role is suitable for existing Contracts Managers/Project Directors seeking a move or experienced Project Managers eager for progression.
Requirements:
- Several years of project management experience, with at least five at the Contracts Manager level
- Effective motivational attributes and proven managerial skills
- Strong commercial awareness
