DESCRIPTIONAs aConstruction Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations on our construction site inKillybegs, Co. Donegal.Your responsibilities include managing crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating tasks, scheduling, monitoring construction progress, and liaising with clients and stakeholdersRESPONSIBILITIESSupervise on-site day to day activities, ensuring timely completion of the work programMaintain project administrationOrder materials and equipment and handle necessary permitsAssess safety and financial goalsManage subcontractors by tracking progress, and ensuring protection of finished worksConducting sub-contractor meetings, participating in look-ahead meetings, and coordinating tasks for timely completionContribute construction information to strategic plans and reviewsMonitor project expenditures to meet the construction budgetDefine project purpose and scope for successful project resultsConduct inspections at critical phases to approve construction projectsEnsure compliance with codes to prevent fines and work interruptionsMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and proceduresConduct comprehensive HSQE audits and site inspectionsReview, evaluate, and manage subcontractor documentation and on-site inductionsFoster a proactive safety cultureAddress employee concerns regarding safety, health, and environmental mattersREQUIREMENTS10 years+ experience in a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsIT Skills – Microsoft OfficeBENEFITS Salary commensurate with experience Hybrid working (where applicable) Pension contributions (after 12 months) Employee welcome pack Extended maternity benefits Sponsored Chartership Bike to work scheme Training and development opportunities Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Health screening Company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop (where applicable) Free parking Relocation opportunities Further educational support and training If this sounds like the position for you, please get in touch and forward your CV,we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
