Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Construction Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level join their highly regarded Construction team.This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a highly supportive and collegiate team who advise on some of the largest construction projects in the country.The RoleThe team advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement, financing and construction through to completion.Drafting, advising on and negotiating development agreements, key construction contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of both public and private sector clientsAdvising on all local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contractsAdvising on current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industryThe PersonQualified Solicitor with 1- 5 years PQE in construction lawExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsAbility to work on own initiative and also as part of a teamInterested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on +353 1 5313745 or send your CV to vicki.weinmann@abrivia.ie.
