Construction Lawyer - Dublin

We are seeking a qualified Construction Lawyer to join a highly regarded team in Dublin.

  • Advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception to completion.
  • Draft and negotiate development agreements, key construction contracts, and consultant appointments.
  • Advise on local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in construction law.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
