Construction Lawyer - Dublin
We are seeking a qualified Construction Lawyer to join a highly regarded team in Dublin.
- Advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception to completion.
- Draft and negotiate development agreements, key construction contracts, and consultant appointments.
- Advise on local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in construction law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
