Construction Lawyer - Dublin Our client a leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a Construction Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level join their highly regarded Construction team. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a highly supportive and collegiate team who advise on some of the largest construction projects in the country. The Role The team advise on all stages of construction projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement, financing and construction through to completion. Drafting, advising on and negotiating development agreements, key construction contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of both public and private sector clients Advising on all local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts Advising on current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry The Person Qualified Solicitor with 1- 5 years PQE in construction law Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Superb attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team Excellent communication skills Interested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on or send your CV to .
